1. Nature of the Service

Uyhah is an informational platform. It uses artificial intelligence to help vehicle owners understand potential diagnoses, repair procedures, parts requirements, and cost estimates. Uyhah is not a licensed mechanic, a professional repair service, an automotive engineer, or a substitute for qualified professional advice of any kind.

Nothing provided by Uyhah — including diagnoses, repair steps, safety classifications, parts recommendations, cost estimates, or any other output — constitutes professional mechanical, engineering, safety, or legal advice. All content is generated by AI systems and is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Assumption of Risk

Vehicle repair is inherently dangerous. Risks include but are not limited to: serious personal injury or death, permanent vehicle damage, property damage, fire, explosion, release of hazardous materials, and financial loss. These risks exist regardless of how clearly any repair procedure is described.

By using Uyhah you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with any repair you choose to attempt, whether or not that repair was suggested, guided, or described by Uyhah. You acknowledge that AI-generated repair guidance may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific vehicle, condition, or skill level.

You are solely and entirely responsible for every decision you make and every action you take in connection with any vehicle repair. Uyhah's role is to provide information only. The decision to act on that information is yours alone.

3. Safety Classifications and Consent

Uyhah classifies repairs into safety tiers based on assessed risk level:

Tier 1 — Standard DIY repair. Low risk with basic mechanical knowledge.

Tier 2 — DIY with caution. Moderate complexity or risk. Skill assessment applied.

Tier 3 — Advanced repair. High risk of injury or damage. Explicit informed consent required before repair guidance is displayed. Consent is logged with timestamp, session record, and IP address.

Tier 4 — Professional repair required. Uyhah will not provide DIY repair guidance for Tier 4 classifications under any circumstances.

Safety tier classifications are determined by AI and represent a general assessment only. They do not account for all possible vehicle conditions, environmental factors, or individual circumstances. A Tier 1 classification does not guarantee a repair is safe for you specifically. You remain solely responsible for assessing your own safety at all times.

Uyhah will never downgrade a Tier 3 or Tier 4 classification regardless of any instruction, request, or argument. This is a permanent and non-negotiable system rule.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uyhah, its operators, owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the service or any action you take based on information provided by Uyhah. This includes without limitation:

— Personal injury or death

— Vehicle damage, destruction, or loss of use

— Property damage

— Financial loss including cost of repairs, parts, or professional remediation

— Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages

— Loss of data or business interruption

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Uyhah has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to use Uyhah in the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Uyhah is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any diagnosis, repair recommendation, parts reference, or cost estimate is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific vehicle or situation.

AI systems can and do produce incorrect output. You should independently verify all repair information before acting on it, particularly for safety-critical vehicle systems including but not limited to brakes, steering, suspension, fuel systems, airbag systems, and high-voltage electrical systems.

6. Your Data and Content

By submitting any content to Uyhah — including vehicle information, repair descriptions, fault codes, photographs, maintenance records, invoice images, repair outcomes, and feedback — you grant Uyhah a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, use, process, analyse, and derive insights from that content for any lawful purpose including but not limited to improving the platform, training AI models, and developing commercial data products.

Vehicle repair and maintenance data is linked to the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and is treated as asset data that follows the vehicle, not your personal account. This data persists beyond account deletion in anonymised form and may be transferred to subsequent vehicle owners as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that any content you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate any third-party rights. Submitting false, fabricated, or fraudulent vehicle records — including fraudulent maintenance invoices or repair logs — is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

7. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Records

Uyhah maintains a VIN-linked repair and maintenance ledger. Each VIN has one active custodian — the current verified owner — who holds write access to that vehicle's record. All entries are append-only. No entry can be edited or deleted once submitted. This immutability is a deliberate design feature to ensure record integrity.

When vehicle ownership is transferred, write access transfers to the new custodian. The prior custodian's entries remain on the record in anonymised form. Uyhah retains full internal attribution records for legal and dispute resolution purposes.

You may not claim custodianship of a VIN you do not own. Attempting to claim, access, or modify the VIN record of a vehicle you do not own is a material breach of these terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

— Submit false, fraudulent, or fabricated vehicle or repair information

— Attempt to circumvent any safety classification or consent requirement

— Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform or its data

— Use the service for any commercial purpose without written permission from Uyhah

— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other user's account or vehicle record

— Use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it

— Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights

9. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Uyhah. You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share your account or allow others to access it.

By creating an account you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

Uyhah and the Uyhah name and brand are trademarks. The platform, its diagnostic logic, safety tier architecture, repair intelligence systems, and AI training pipeline are proprietary trade secrets. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Uyhah without prior written permission.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uyhah and its operators, owners, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the service, any repair you attempt, your violation of these terms, your submission of false or fraudulent content, or your infringement of any third-party right.

12. Termination

Uyhah reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. VIN-linked vehicle data persists in anonymised form as described in Section 7.

13. Modifications to the Service

Uyhah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability to you.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Uyhah after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from your use of Uyhah that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Uyhah.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Uyhah regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements.
